Hello!
I’m Nic, a Senior Creative Director, delivering creativity and innovation to build global brands.

For almost twenty years, I’ve had the privilege of leading advertising campaigns at agencies and publisher side. Including launching Windows 11 to over a billion people, creating a national holiday for a cough medicine, and persuading a 148 year old vacuum brand to halt sales on Amazon to save pets.

I now help lead all the creative in the US at Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab, creating innovative campaigns across the Amazon canvas while fostering internal and external partnerships and redefining the team’s creative culture since 2022.

Unlocking a brand’s DNA and making it truly relevant is something I love to do. Whether it’s letting gamers show their pride with a controller, getting a brand to tell people to skip an ad, or showing Drake that a merch table doesn’t have to be IRL.

I’m always exploring the next big thing at the intersection of brands, innovation, and culture, whether it’s pandemic-era software, virtual makeup try-ons, scannable tequila history, or GenAI-powered, mayonnaise-fueled karaoke.

Before Amazon, I spent nearly a decade at McCann New York, rising from ACD to GCD, leading creative teams and client relationships, big and small. I also made cows hilarious, turned lottery stories heartfelt and took George Clooney on a tour through film history.

Along the journey I’ve been lucky enough to pick up some awards for everything from khakis to waffle fries to even scratch-offs.

Outside of the above, I enjoy life in New Jersey while rooting for unpredictable Seattle sports teams and most of all, cooking with my wife and staying up on music trends thanks to my two amazing daughters.

Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about me and if you made it this far, kudos, that is impressive. For deeper dives into each project and a few extras explore the work section above.
